What are your standard delivery hours?

Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We do not operate on Sundays and public holidays. Special delivery requests outside these hours may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer reliable and cost-effective international shipping to over 220 countries. You can get a quote and check service availability for your destination country through our website’s rate calculator or by contacting our support team.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost is determined by the greater of two weights: the actual weight of the package and its volumetric (or dimensional) weight. Volumetric weight is calculated based on the package’s size (Length x Breadth x Height). The final cost also includes factors like destination, service type, fuel surcharges, and GST.

What if I’m not available to receive my package?

Our delivery agent will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If you are unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule or you may be asked to collect your parcel from the nearest hub. For some locations, we also offer options to leave the package with a neighbor or in a secure location upon your request.

Can I change the delivery address after shipping?

Address changes after a shipment has been dispatched are challenging and may not always be possible. If feasible, it may incur additional charges and cause delays. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your tracking number to see if a redirection is possible.
